Frequency Controls
Defines the exact frequency of the real-time demo signal. Supports fine-tuned input using up/down controls or direct entry, with a resolution of 0.001 Hz.

Controlling the Demonstration Frequency
The Frequency Controls allow users to define a precise frequency for the demo signal generated in Demo mode. This control is ideal for simulating plant signal behavior using stable, reproducible waveforms at known frequencies.
Functionality
- Input Range: 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz (20 kHz)
- Resolution: Adjustable in increments of 0.001 Hz (e.g., 432.001 Hz)
- Input Type: HTML numeric input field with integrated up/down controls
- Interaction: Users may:
- Click the built-in arrows to nudge frequency values precisely
- Manually enter a specific frequency for direct access
- Display: The selected frequency is shown on the waveform display when Demo mode is active
Usage Notes
This setting is exclusive to the Demo signal source and is not saved, recorded, or available for playback.
It is particularly useful for demonstrations involving resonance, entrainment, or cymatic-like behavior, where exact frequency control is desired. The signal will be rendered using the current waveform selection from the Waveform Controls section.
